Als ich das Alienbuch sah zum Alien 1 Film mußte ich es
umbedingt kaufen, echt klasse.Diese Alien`s sind zwar
furchterregend und hässlich aber wunderschön.Sie gefallen mir.
Hey,das wär doch geil im Alienkostüm zur Fachingszeit in ein
vollbesetzten Saal reinzugehen, und zu sehen wie alle davon rennen.
Was ich allerdings vermisse, sind Alienfiguren, so ca.20cm groß,von
Alien Filmen ,Alien 4 etwa.Würde mir gern so eine Figur kaufen.

Comments: Well, what can I say really. I am absolutely amazed with Giger's art. I have been for years. My first encounter was when I was 7 years old, and I saw the movie 'Alien'. I was scared out of my brains! That creature has haunted my dreams to this very day. I have had at least four continuing episodes of the first dream. Kinda like a movie. So you can sort of guess that I will be a fan for many more years. I count myself extremely lucky to be able to experience dreams like this. They told us that it was a mask used in the original movie. First off, how many masks were made for Alien? I am comming of the age of 20 and am striveing to refine and better develope my artistic abilities. I have been an artist all of my life and am exsploreing all the mediums I can within my powers as a young adult. I admire you and your artistic ability, even though I have only seen a few of your pieces I am severly wowed and amazed. I hope to some day be able to find my own style as I am still developeing it. Although I have not had any profesional schooling (self taught)I have worked in clay sculpting, ball point pen, water color, pencil, acrylic, wood carving, wire sculpting,airbrush(just getting started). But in short it's people like you that sometimes gives me hope that some day I will be able to be recognized for my talents and that I will be able to do somthing
i love for a liveing and help to fufill what I feel is my pourpose in life as an individual. Sometimes it is frusterateing and mentaly exsausting to beleive that I can do somthing that can enhance the quality of the world, but I know it can be done. You did it, and so have many others. So I know I can if I can get my foot in the door too.

Comments: It's a shame to hear you were denied access or credit in the movies following 'Alien', but for what it's worth I liked all the movies for the simple fact they included the Xenomorph creature. Good design, good movements. A beast truly forged in hell.
I'd say keep up the good work, but it seems others' are "trying" to do that for you.

Comments: As a Giger collector for some years now, Giger's work never ceases to amaze me. If anyone ever gets the chance, check out the Hologram of Giger's Baphomet on the limited edition Necronomicon I+II put out by Morpheus in October 1992. This was the limited edition of 23. You'll be spellbound! Also, the Necronom V print that Morpheus sells is absolutely incredible. Get it framed in a standard black frame (the print has no border) and you be ready to go!

I red about HR Giger. I red he designed the creature. Therefor I was interested in some books about HRG.
Several days ago, I became from my girlfriend the book WWW.HRgiger.com. She told me that there is also a book in which is described the devolopping the creature ALIEN.
I would like to buy this book. My question is: Are there enough ALIEN books available, so I can buy a book of this ALIEN designing.
